Accidentally switched to a test realm and now... Cont.

Now I can't switch back to the normal realm because I keep d/c before I can see the realm list. What can I do?

Close your game...

Go to the directory your game is installed in and open your config.wtf file. Open in notepad or Wordpad.

EX: C:\World of Warcraft\WTF\Config.wtf

Find:

SET realmName "Test Realm - isVV2"

and remove the line. Save the file.

Launch the game. Have fun!

open the config.txt (think in "...\WOW\Data\..."), look for the text "RealmSet " ... " and delete it ...

and if u accept a reconfig ur blizz interface just delete the config.ext

I had this and i changed the realmlist to set realmlist login2.nostalrius.org

Your joke is actually what I did. I just reinstalled it to a different location and it worked.

Or you could've just logged in, but right when you press enter hit the "cancel" box that comes up, it will bring you to your realm list.

Exactly this. Cancel the login process the moment it passes the connecting phase. Reselect realm.
