Here's the red flag for me, why didn't the "friend" make their own ban appeal. This "friend" who won't answer whispers and doesn't talk. Sounds a lot more like your "friend" was a bot. Could be wrong but this sounds weird.

It's against the rules to make a new account to avoid a ban. It also states in the rules that "a botting character will be ban." And in my buddies case, that is also not true.

Not only was he NOT botting, but his entire account got ban, not just his mage. He had a rogue alt as well. They're both ban on suspicion. Were getting quite frustrated over here

It would be good if the gm's whispered the players saying "In order not to get banned for botting please respond to this message."

All I want is PROOF of my friends misdeeds (which there won't be any, hence why this ban is very frustrating.)

Even if for some insanely small odd my buddy was botting, Nostralius states in their own rules that the character will be ban. NOT the entire account.

If they aren't going to give proof, or care about this situation, fine. That's shitty, but fine. At least own up to your Terms of Service and give him his Rogue back.

From this statement alone i am going to go out on a limb here and deduce that you are 12-14 years old. Nos is not for you, clearly. May I suggest Runescape, Maple Story or any Zynga title. You will fit right in with all the prepubescants that inhibit such places.
