Cant connect, IP banned?

I was leveling my warrior in westfalls when i figured that a 2 - hander would be faster than a 1-hander, so i made a secondary account which purpose was to act as bank and check the auction house while i was leveling. Minutes later i get disconnected, and wondering if I just got IP banned, can you guys help resolve this please

I have no intention to multibox, i just wanted to check the auction house for a weapon.
