Account Banned- where to get further info?

when i tried to login today my Account (Name:Brome) was banned.
Is there any account profile page on the website where i can check when where why and how long i am banned? or is writing in this forum the only way to reach the server staff?

We do not have a such log-in-feature on the website, to check your ban info, so this is the only way.
You were banned for Fish botting in Felwood.
Your ban is set' to infinite. The ban date was yesterday.
