So I found a bug that I ended up solving myself. Here's what happened:
I was mounted (60% mount), and I tried autorunning onto the boat as it pulled into Ratchet. However, I guess I ran too early, as I got stuck between the boat and the dock, and I ended up getting completely stuck in the boat. I couldn't jump, turn, or backpedal. I couldn't move at all (I was stuck in the running animation until I dismounted).
From there, I couldn't do anything. Relogging wouldn't fix it, and I couldn't use Hearthstone or auto-unstuck, as it said, "Can't do that while stunned." I ended up fixing it by taking a swipe at an Alliance player as he walked over me. This made the Bruisers angry, and after they bugged out for a few moments, they killed me, as I wanted them to. But when I was at the graveyard, I couldn't turn at all. I had to relog, which fixed my movement.
