Nekrum's Medallion

Hello I am trying to finish a quest called Nekrum's Medallion and I went 2 times today into ZF to get it but in neither of the two runs did the Nekrum Gutchewer drop the quest Item.

Can I please get this item in mail or something?

dont let the npc-s kill them, safest way to make it is getting the killing blow on him.
