My friend named "Nissy" was banned about 10-15 days ago. He couldn't contact any GM to ask the reason behind the ban, so I am writing here.

D - Account interruption for 24, 48 or 72 hours : Interruption for 24/48/72 hours are given to players who already received an account interruption for at least 3 hours. These are given for serious or repeated violation of the rules.

Examples:

Impersonation,
Aggressive behavior against staff members, server or server policy.
Scamming players

F - Account closure / permanent ban : Most serious sanction. Permanent ban are rare but definitive.

Examples :
Possession of an item(s) obtained with illegal methods
Advertising for other private servers,
Creation of another account to bypass a sanction applied on the first one (except for permanent ban),
Publishing a software, methods or articles on cheating which can be applied on the server,
Revealing the identity of a Nostalrius Begins staff member,
Selling/Buying an account, golds, services or items for real money,
Account hacking,
Client's modification (libraries, executables, MPQ, etc.),
Any attempt to bribe a staff member to gain an in-game advantage,
Organized killing for farming rank and/or honor,
Multi-account which strikes a blow to players,
Abuse of in-game bugs,
Using bots.
Hacking.

Just curious if this player was on a list of multiple offenses, or he did such action one time and was perma banned on a Class D offense, but was given a Class F punishment.
