I just received Hand of Justice from a BRD, so I am good at the moment, sorry for the spam and thank you to Amex and other GMs for helping me with this issue. On the other hand, the Tank in this video (url below) and others in that party might have lost items.

Here's a quote from the ToS.

IV - Items refunds

If a server crash occurs, epic raid-related items can be restored, providing a message is sent to us which fulfills the following conditions:
Screenshot of the loot & Full list of raid members
Screenshot of the raid ID
Exact date of the raid
Name of the player who was supposed to receive the item

If you're concerned about losing an item to a server crash than log out and it will save it.
