Account Closed?

Hi,

I was able to log into the game for the first time earlier today after a lot of 'unable to connect' messages, then randomly while I was leveling I got DC'd and was unable to reconnect.

I tried doing the suggested stuff (changing realmlist, messing with wtf, etc) but was unsuccessful in logging back in. I continued to get 'Unable to Connect,' so I took a break and just came back to the game. Got 'Unable to Connect' again. I tried making a new folder 'enUS' which gave me the following message:

I just now tried changing that folder name to 'enEU' (realmlist inside) and am back to 'Unable to Connect.' Very frustrating and confusing!

Trying it a 3rd time I get the same:

Any ideas what is going on?

Greetings,

The mentioned account, bigwoof has never been banned and should be all good.
However, if you type the wrong password too many times, it automaticly closes the account for a few minutes, as to prevent scammers.
