Server's lagging in the evening several days in a row

The server is lagging several days in a row. This occurs in the evening (17-21 server time). There're only 4300 players online. I thought it's only me. Tried to check my Internet connection, but it's fine. Other ppl from my guild/friendlist also have the same problem with lags.
