need a reset to home location

Hallo GMs,
I would like to ask you for a help.
My character - undead Sabriel - is dead and there is an error in application
Anytime I tried to login to game, Wow.exe tells me some error message and stop.
Maybe, if you can move my character to home location or Undercity,
it may help me, I will not go to Stonetalon Mountain anymore.
