Quest: The Stone Watcher, not being able to complete it.

This quest still does not work, when I accept the quest from the stone watcher that spawns from the disc, I'm not able to talk to him and now he has despawned so this quest cannot be completed unless someone else comes and activates him.

This is a pain in the ass, cause it's some good experience from that quest.
