[BUG?] The Darkstone Tablet

Earlier today (~9:30-11:30 server), I encountered a bug with the object for the quest "The Darkstone Tablet." It did not appear to spawn in the rookery, and I was unable to gather it. We did not kill Father Flame, but the quest and wowhead comments said nothing about that being a requirement for it to spawn.
