Net-o-Matic Stunn after each login (?)

Hello,

After each login, I'm stunned for 15sec having buff "Net-o-Matic".
What should I do, to fix this ?
BTW, I had around 280enineering, had [Gnomish Net-o-Matic Projector] trinket. I deleted this item after engi cancell.
Please guide what should I do. WDB is removed btw. Thanks,

15sec loosing after logg in is nothing but still annoying.
