Can't seem to register a new account

I don't know what it is. But no matter what I try on the main website, I can't register another account. I already have 2 before on the same e-mail, so logically I should be able to make a third. However, even if I don't use the same email, it still keeps saying "PLEASE FILL THE FORM CORRECTLY".

Yes, I've tried using lowercase letters only for the email. I know the kinks that were back then, but now I can't seem to make an account at all.

Anyone know a fix?

P.S. - This just happened to me in-game, no idea how to describe it other than - I couldn't do anything but run forward and to the sides: Send help - http://www.twitch.tv/travallama/c/6564657

You mentioned it says; You didn't fill the form correctly, does it sometimes give you the message; Account creation limit reached, too?
Btw, it is max 2 accounts per player.

This is caused by a poor connection to the server. It should vanish on its own once your connection improves.

It only says "PLEASE FILL FORM CORRECTLY" - Nothing else.

Btw, it is max 2 accounts per player.

Even when using different e-mails? Is it IP based? Because I'd like to make a 3rd account so I can talk to friends over at alliance more easily since there still doesn't exist any IRC for Nostalrius (which blows my mind considering there's more than 6500 players here). Even privates with like 200 people had IRC booming all day.
