[Bug] Hinterlands Missing Quests

The "Call to Arms!" board is there, but it offers no quests, which are the level 51 elite quests for Jintha'alor (Job Opening: Guard Captain of Revantusk Village and Wanted: Vile Priestess Hexx and Her Minions). Additionally, the "Message to the Wildhammer" chain is bugged, as Otho Moji'ko has a golden exclamation mark over him, but he does not offer any quest. I am level 52, so I know I'm a high enough level to be eligible for both quests.

this is the same for me for call to arms, whats up with the board not giving the quest?

We're currently on pre-1.4. Those quests were added in 1.5. They will be available later.
