Why were our accounts banned?

Today I was playing with my gf, levelling our lvl 30 chars in the Shimmering Flats, when a GM talked to me about using multibox or something similar. The server crashed and interrupted our conversation. We relogged and opened a ticket to speak to him, a GM Igen, as I remember. A few minutes later we were simultaneously banned for no reason.
I understand the server is owned by the GMs, but why let ppl invest time into chars and then delete them like that?

I have the same issue here. I have two account and both get banned for no reason. One of the is Chrastina and the second one is Plsdiethxbye ... And as long as I try to log them it says they are both banned. Could somebody fixed that please?

These accounts were banned for multiboxing. The multiboxing was observed by multiple GMs and persisted after multiple warnings.

Dunno what u boys are high on. Not even sure what a multibox is and how u can observe it, and we didn't get a chance to demonstrate we were doing nothing wrong, we were simply banned without discussion.

Not really a big deal, we just played for a few hours on the weekends now, just wanted to see if there was an actual argument from the person who banned us. Posting here you "observed" us doing something wrong is, unfortunately, not an argument at all and covers up the whole matter conveniently. You can do the same to anyone at any time without any valid reason, and as Sheela's post above shows, you probably ARE doing it.

I'm sure you mean well and hope you have fun with the server. It is after all, your server.
