Problem and 2 questions.

Problem:
I can't learn "Artisan Fishing". Who not think, Katoom the Angler (horde) can learn 225+ Fishing. But after complite quest "Gammerita, Mon!" i can't open leatn window. I click on it and open seller window. Rapiar this bug plz.

Question: 1). I can't gain max horde reputation (becouse i can't donate cloth)?
2). In this server I can't gain "Nat Pagle's Extreme Angler FC-5000" (best pole)?

Fishing 225+ is from a quest in theramore, not a trainer.
And you need to be 225/225 before you can obtain the quest.

Horde have trainer and i open learn window, before this bug, but havn't 200 fishing ponts.
