If a server crash occurs, epic raid-related items can be restored, providing a message is sent to us which fulfills the following conditions:

• Screenshot of the loot & Full list of raid members
• Screenshot of the raid ID
• Exact date of the raid
• Name of the player who was supposed to receive the item
