Can not install AddOns + crash of the game when leave.

Hi there !

My first problem is that I can not install addOns. I install the folder of the AddOn in the INterface=>AddOns section of my game but the "AddOn" menu does not appear in the character selection. Why ?
I installed the game in French, downloaded from another website btw.

My second problem is my game crashes each time I leave the game. I have to Ctrl + alt + del and can't click, have to naviguate with the arrows of my key board.
