I made an account, logged in, and it worked, got to level 5, logged out, logged in later, and now I can't log in. I am putting in the password right, i know i am, however, i made a password 20 chars long and i can't put in more than 16, is that why?

Yes, both username and password should be between 5 and 15 characters.
