Druid "Power over Poison" Not availble?

Druids should get the poison quest chain at lvl 14, but it isn't available and I've already gotten the aquatic form quest at lvl 16.

A quick search shows this was an issue nearly a month ago.. is this going to be fixed or are Druids just going to be even more marginalized?

I put in a bug report in game about a week and a half ago on the bugtracker earlier this week but it hasn't be touched by the devs yet. it would be useful to at least have it acknowledged?

it seems like it's an issue if you try to pick it up after level 14. people who I've talked to who successfully did the quest got it immediately at 14. But if you wait until the Aquatic Form quest is available it becomes unobtainable.
