Is it possible to get my characters name changed. I have a name which might be construed as offensive and wish to have it changed.

please make a "Still stuck, page a GM" ticket in-game and we will look into it. Do add to the ticket that your name is offensive.

What about names that are against the ToU but are in a different language? I see names like that all the time that would not be allowed if they were in English, can we report them as well?

Yes you can report names like that and please do report them. It doesn't matter if they are offensive in Greek or Chinese.
