Hey I was running maraudon and the epic dagger dropped and I accidentally greeded instead of passing and won it instead of my lock friend getting it. Can it be taken from me and given to Hecuba because this was a big mistake. TLDR: I want to move Blade of eternal Darkness to Hecuba because I fucked up. Thanks!

Why your friend didn't press need if he needed it? Need > Greed. Just sell it to vendor! And train your friend press need for required items.

He was afk and so we where going to wait for the timer to run out so he could loot it. Everyone passed it except me and I greeded because that is what I do on autopilot.

unfortunately we do not "fix" looting mistakes as that would open a massive can of worms. Only exception are raid level epic items lost due to a server crash, as stated in the TOU.
