While the screenshot looks like this character is on follow, it's not diffinitive and the GMs usually prefer videos with these sorts of reports. Based on other comments they've made on multi boxing reports on the forums, I would also recommend either making a ticket in game or PMing a GM.

Yes, i thought so, but also thought GMs could trace the IP.

Didnt have Fraps loaded - will do that next time.

OBS also has a record option. I typically use it for Twitch and its free.

The names would suffice, since we check on the players ourselves. I will look into it, thank you for reporting.

I've opened a few in-game tickets regarding multiboxers and botters providing only screenshots and GMs typically respond with gratitude saying they will investigate it. I don't think they sanction based solely on screenshots or videos; like Igen said, they typically monitor the player to see if there's a pattern to their actions to differentiate between legitimate players and multiboxers/botters.

Of course, it never hurts to offer more proof if available. Name, race, class, and level as wells as screenshots and videos. And yeah, they do tend to prefer matters like this be handled through private messages. If the offending player were to see their character reported in a thread on these forums, they could temporarily stop their actions and lay low for a while until the GMs decide not to monitor them anymore and then proceed to breaking the rules again.
