lvl 10 Rogue quest Destiny Calls

The quest is bugged, when you go to pickpocket the satyr he has nothing in his inventory. Tried relogging and dropping the quest and getting it back. Both did not work and I cannot complete the quest. Anyone else have this issue?

You need to have someone kill the quest mob, and it will respawn with the item available to pickpocket.
