Matt Spamming World Chat

by Matthias » Thu Apr 30, 2015 4:05 am

Greetings. I'm unsure where to post this; however i hope this will suffice.

A few weeks ago, i found out that Matt was the same person from Feenix that continuously trolled / flooded world chat. After removing him from my group to avoid any drama, he began spamming world chat accusing me of ninja'ing items in an attempt to ruin my rep. Sadly, the guy is still spamming world chat weeks later and i've come to you with screenshot proof. Do your great server a favor and exterminate this pest. Thanks!

Emhm. The dude has some weird fixation on you and is spamming that like 24/7 along with a couple other things. I finally put him on ignore...which solved the problem. there is some weird fixation all these trolls have with something or other constantly repeating the same crap over and over day in and day out. It's kinda creepy.

Indeed. The libel is bad enough; spamming chat every day because he was removed from a group is just insane.

Honestly, I just met a 12-13 year old with some disorder a few days ago that made me think about these types of people. This person was fixated on insulting me after I said "good morning," and made 2 attempts of starting a friendly conversation with him. The conversation never happened because of his repetitive insults. I'm starting to think people like this exist in the game. Felt bad for the kid because he looked like a normal person, too. If matt's sig pic is what he truly looks like, then this situation is alike the one I just experienced. Normal looking person incapable of a normal social interaction.

Also, matt has created a horde character named Mattisntgay or Mattisnotgay. I assume he's doing the same thing as he did on alliance... appending "- matt" to every message, having his problems reinforced by people giving him popularity, and countless hate-spam to start arguments that have guaranteed replies (bait).

All in all, we're mostly anonymous people here. Nobody can take him away and administer psychoactive drugs or run psychological trials on him to fix his disorder. We have the complete opposite of that: people reinforcing his behavior so it becomes a popularity contest among the other people who do the same as him. Some players as reference: Nininininini (sp), Jimbopete, Walkingdeadd, and (I think) Thebes.

For the alliance players reading this, I hope you guys don't have too many of these types of people. These people go out of their way to ruin all types of communication. These players have the power to shift the horde players to alliance just to gank them honestly.

Just another example of a lonely, basement dwelling, internet fixated attention whore. Wouldn't doubt it if he did have some sort of disorder as well.

Really, don't worry about it, over 60% of the alliance population has Matt on ignore by now.
