Account Banned?

I haven't logged in for awhile, I started my account at release, I've somewhat forgot my password but I'm pretty sure some of the combinations are correct, but I always get "Your account has been closed" message even if I type in random letters , I created another account and I can log in no problem, could a member of staff check my account standing?

The account name is "ONZA120"

I have done nothing against the rules afaik, the only thing I can think of was creating lvl 1 characters at release to keep hold of a few names I might want in the future, not sure if that is against rules.

According to another thread, a staff member has said you need to contact Viper with as much info on the account as you can give him. There were no examples given.

your account has never been banned. If your pasword is longer than 15 characters, the WoW client does not accept it. In which case you need to PM Daemon or Viper with your account name and as many more details about your account as possible in order to reset the password and prove that you are the account owner.

I'm using 16 characters and everything works fine.
