Are you having login problems and tried logging in multiple times unsuccessfully? The server has brute-force hacking prevention that temporarily bans accounts that attempt to login unsuccessfully too many times. Best to wait it out about 30 minutes and see if you can login again later.

Otherwise, post your account name here for a GM to see or send one of the GMs a private message with your account info so they can look into it.

UPDATE: The new password reset feature is now live. If you're still getting errors during login, try resetting the password using the e-mail address you registered your account with. Make sure it's less than 16 characters in length.
