Defias Brotherhood quest bugged

Hello. Someone shared with me Defias brotherhood quest and I was able to accept it. After that I had to abandon it because I was leveling in another zone.

When I tried to pick up the defias brotherhood quest i wasn't able to. When my friends tried to share the quest with me it said that I was already on it. I was just on the first stage of the quest and I didn't do any parts of it. Can you help me?
