Hello, my friend doesnt have an account here on the forum, so im writing for her, she was unable to connect. she tried a few times and was still unable to connect. then she asked me to try and then it said unable to connect 3 times and after that the message that the account was removed popped up. Please can u check it out? Account name "Stajniz"

your friend is going to need to make a forum account to report this herself. generally players are directed to PM Viper if they've forgotten their password. Nostalrius is wired to auto-lock people out of accounts if they fail inputting a password too many times to prevent brute-force hacking. this is probably what happened to your friend.
