Banned account or lost password

Hi!

I created an account in the end of march and played once for a few hours. Haven't logged in since then. When I tried just recently I got disconnected. Was not 100% sure regarding the credentials, so I tried some and finally the closed account info box appeared.

Can support please help me.
I think the username is rjrsms.

Hi. I'm having the same problem with my account "stajniz".
Logged off as usual and when I logged in the next day it said "unable to login".
Now, after many hours of wait, trying to connect and even trying from another IP and computer, it says that my account has been banned. So it went from "unable to log in" to banned, have I in some way banned my own account after numerous attempts of logging in? I have to admit,.. I got unsure of my PW so I entered a few others in my confusion.
Why might this be?
