Unable to connect then account suspended/locket

Hello Nostalrius support,

This evening i've been trying to login on my account and everytime i get this message ''Unable to connect''
I know the issue, many has the same problem on this forum but i'm making this thread because i wan't you guys to review my account.

The account name is manin1

I hope we could get this resolved.
The message i recived after some attempts failing to login due to ''Unable to connect'' i get this message that my acccount has been suspended.

Your account has never been banned.

This can be caused by entering an incorrect password.
