Account banned...

Hi,

As many others here I got disconnected a little while ago and when I tried to reconnect it said my account was closed..
Accountname: Crovern

Last week I have been working alot and to not fall way to far behind my friends I brought my laptop and have been semi-afk killing mobs for xp while at work. I have read the ToU thoroughly and can't see why I got banned. I can't immagine this being a violation in any way since no tool other than my own hands were used.

Is there someone I can appeal to in this matter and maybe explain my situation further?
