same goes for your actions even which you made right before you edited your post.

All the actions made by GM's are under a microscope, it is fine that you disagree and no one here will stop you to vent your displeasure in a normal fashioned way.
if you can not do that please vent it in another location then the forums of the game that you are or were trying to play.

The argument that Blizzard made for Corpse Camping and other situations like that was: There is an in-game player solution to camping, and so Blizzard's GMs will not interfere, this also extends to similar circumstances.

I'd like to see you scumbag GMs try to tell me that there is no in-game player solution to being summoned by a random player.

Nobody gives a single damn if you followed standard procedure in situations where you warn and then suspend. I won't show a sliver of appreciation if you do us a big grand service by dealing with hundreds of tickets if you're only going to end up tampering with the gameplay in non-blizzlike ways. I spit on you and your team.

You teleport players to dungeons like Zetox, you kill bosses for players, you ban people for spamming chat channels (not mute), and you ban them for summoning people for amusement? Those are just a few things, but there are plenty of reasons why you're not fit for policing this server. If the (most probably like-minded) admins won't eliminate the scum that is called the GM Team, then I think some sort of insurrection is due.

The fact is, you banned a player while he was playing the game doing something that should never hold any sort of consequence.

If I was summoned by this guy, I would know not to accept it, and I wouldn't accept a random summon regardless of his location.

Why dont you leave us alone in peace to enjoy the game like we should be able to. You should also remember that your actions may also have consequences Oh Great Gamemaster.

Wow, you mad bro? I havent had a single problem with gm's. But maybe that is because i'm not going around griefing others.

People who make it their mission to ruin other players' experience? Take a look at all rank12+ alliances and their 24/7 premades and start swinging that ban hammer. That is the most toxic experience I've ever had in a MMO (playing against them for hours and hours, that is).

With so many nuances to the game, it is literally impossible to write a comprehensive TOS for every new and exciting way people find to toy with other people for their own enjoyment. Therefore, situations have and will continue to arise where the human element comes into play on a case by case issue. That's what happened here. For all the folks without a moral compass, it would take as long as the development stage of this server to have a complete TOS to outline for you in black and white every form of douchebaggery that will not be accepted.

Since that is not possible, you are going to have to accept the human element. Just as you reach to find gray areas of questionable activity; snickering all the while at how clever you are, and wait to see if there are any consequences.

That someone else is doing something worse than you, is hardly a form of defense. Stop being jerks and you won't have to worry about a ban. The other 99.99% of the people that play this game don't have to worry about the nuances.

If you are terribly unhappy with the fact that the GMs are humans and are going to make value judgements, than leave the server. It's not yours.
