Account banned? (Unable to Connect)

Hi there,

I am getting the unable to connect error whenever I try to log in. Am I banned?
I am a new WoW player so I doubt I have broken any rules.

your account has never been banned.

since you have a whole bunch of accounts please make sure you are using the correct password for each of your accounts.

it is the case that if you type in your password incorrect several times that your account is banned temporarily to prevent bruteforce hacking.

then after about 30 minutes you can try again.

Thanks! I didn't get my password wrong though.

Its true I have 2 other accounts, they share the same password and I haven't logged in with them for weeks.

my advise would be then to see if your keyboard settings are correct and if your username is correct..

passwords do not change by themselves
a admin should be able to help out with these kind of issues however that can take a few days..

Turns out it was a keyboard error - didnt realise one of my keys wasn't working! Thanks so much Krush, sorry for wasting your time!
