accidentally deleted

So i was going to delete random lvl 1 of my account, and i end up deleting my lvl60 priest Balament, can you restore it.

Unfortunately we do not restore deleted characters.

They just don't do that. maybe it would take too much time, maybe it would require too much in the way of investigation...I have no idea. It is just not done as outlined in the user agreement.

Accidents will happen, and this is the worst one you can make. We could make a sticky for all the stuff one shouldn't do, by accident or otherwise, and no one will read it until they have done it.

It's simply against their policy, as outlined in the Terms of Use and FAQs.

We will not recover characters, equipment or gold from a shared account. Never delete your character "by accident".

Can you restore a character that was deleted from an account ?
Player is fully responsible of his own account access:

• Password shall be enough complicated,
• Don't give your password to anybody,
• Connect yourself in the game from a safe place,
• Don't delete your character "for fun".
