Password reset

Is there any way to change game account's password without logging in? I just can't login for when I registered I used password one letter longer than WoW lets me to type in password form.

What if you put in the wrong password too many times trying to log in and got banned, is there any way to get the ban removed?

Its only a temp ban.
you can retry it after 1 hour, but be sure to type in the password correctly after that.. i heard that with each try after that you get another lockout for an hour.

havent had this issue myself so im only posting what i heard.

for a pw reset you should PM Viper.
