can't log in, forgot ingame password can't contact admins

Can't log in due to not being able to private message because of the forum. I tried making a post earlier, i guess it got deleted or something? either way I made an account months ago when the server first came out and I can't log in now. Pls respond.

Please provide Daemon or Viper (Admin) a PM with the following information:
login,
characters names,
country where you play,
when did you play for the last time,
your email address registeration,
your actual IP address.


Please keep in mind that our admins are very busy and your case might take a couple days (worst case).

Did you make a forum account AND a game account...or just a forum account? Did you actually sign in to WoW with the created account?

I am unable to login although I know my username.

I also do not have sufficient permission to send private messages so I'm a little stuck at the moment - is anyone able to help?

You can send private messages now that you have posted.

For me now day 4 of no reply from an admin...
I suggest you start a new account and level and alt while waiting, this seems to take more than the GM suggested...

You have to make at least one post on the forums to have private messaging enabled on your account. Both of these posts should be sufficient to where you can now send a private message to one of the administrators.

UPDATE: The new password reset feature is now live. If you're still getting errors during login, try resetting the password using the e-mail address you registered your account with. Make sure it's less than 16 characters in length.
