Account not working/banned

Hello,

Each time i try to login, my password won't work and claims my account has been closed and/or banned after 3 attempts, and I should check europe-banned wow site for more info, has this happened to anyone else and if so, do I have to remake an account or any way of still using the account. (Don't know why it would ban me) Cheers

Hey RaeRain,

Are you positive that you're using the correct password? You'll get 'Unable to Connect' if the password is wrong and you'll get temporarily banned for entering the password incorrectly too many times.

Yes, I've tried using my password and it first comes up as "unable to connect" then the second time I tried ( After an 8 hour wait) states the "account has been closed"

I've even made 2 new accounts, one with the same e-mail and another with a different e-mail and still banned for each. I think my IP is banned for who the hell knows why, pretty legit.

Hey, I'm a friend of his and I want to get him back in as soon as possible, I already mentioned the password thing and he's certain he's using the correct one; if it's an IP problem is the best solution using a free service such as WTFast? Some "other" servers ban the use of VPNs.

I'm not that good with VPNs but from my experience he should definitely NOT use WTFast as it was has malware in it.

Worked once with tweaking some settings, but the next time, still banned. Even other accounts banned.
