How can i contact Viper for account restoration

Hi, yesterday i spoke with a GM because i wanted my other account to be restaured after a ban. He said it was ok, and I should contact Viper with the forum but i cant because PM dont work with my forum account.
Should I do an other ticker in game or someone can give me the permision to PM on my forum account?

you should have atleast 1 forum post before you can use the PM system on the forum.

If you consider contacting an administrator please attach following informations in your pm:

characters names,
country where you play,
when did you play for the last time,
your email address registeration,
your actual IP address.
