cannot login: invalid information

Hi,

I just got logged out by the game. When I tried to log back in like usual it gave me the error that my information was invalid (wrong password and/or login name). I haven't changed anything myself.

Is there any fix for this?

There's two different messages you can get depending on whether the account name you're entering is wrong or the password you're entering is wrong. If the password you're entering is wrong, the message will say "Unable to connect." I forget the exact message you get if the account name you're entering is wrong but it's something along the lines of "The information you entered is not valid."

Do you know which one you're getting specifically?

UPDATE: The new password reset feature is now live. If you're still getting errors during login, try resetting the password using the e-mail address you registered your account with. Make sure it's less than 16 characters in length.
