Hi,

this can mean one of two things.
you tried to login too often with faulty credentials.
then your account is temporary suspended to block hack attempts and it should be open again after about 30 minutes.
or your account was banned.
in that case I can check it for you if you can supply me your character name.

you account has been banned permanently for gold buying.

please contact one of the admins on the forum ( Viper or Daemon )
they might be able to help you out!

help out as in give you information if your account can ever be unlocked yes or no.
