Hello , i'm new on server and i have an issue , i tried everything delete cache wtf errors but it's not working . When i make a new character i have no spells ...no sinister strike aand no eviscerate..and i cannot learn anything cause i do not have rank 1 of this spells . Can you help me please to unlearn it and learn it back?
