Hacked need assistance!

Hello my friends!

Have been out of town for a couple of days, and when i came back my password was changed. I am 100% sure that i have been hacked since my friends have seen my char online even tho i was not home, and have logged on another char and see "myself" online aswell never even shared my password with anyone!

I still got the mail connected to my account, but when i checked the "FAQ" under " I’ve lost my password!" it said that it should be a place where i could fix it easly, but i could not find it. ( maybe i am just blind)

It just sucks when i have put in so much time in a char, to see it mold away to some douche.

I tryed to PM admins , but it said i was not authorized to do so, so if anyone have another way to get hold of them, like an e-mail of some sort, or point me in the right direction i whould really appriciate it.

IF an admin read this please PM me so i get give you the account name ( since its not the same as i use to post this, since i could not log.)

Try PMing the administrators again. New forum accounts have to post at least once to enable the private message feature.

UPDATE: The new password reset feature is now live. If you're still getting errors during login, try resetting the password using the e-mail address you registered your account with. Make sure it's less than 16 characters in length.

The same situation with my account! I wrote to several admins describing the problem and providing all required information, did not get any response! After repeating the message twice I got an answer that it is my problems of having been hacked and losing the access! I am gonna suicide myself...
