Account closed, even New ones made

Alright at first i thought i forgot my password but i remembered it, Then it said its closed so i thought okay no idea why but i'll start again no problems.

Created 2 brand new accounts and they where both closed after creating them Even though im using the provided client by you guys (from what i've read of the responses of GMs its something to do with the client when on my end it isn't when nothing has been changed) with some general addons.

Also, see sticky thread. Too many unsuccessful logins with an account can temporarily ban it. You can wait out the ban but if you're repeatedly getting "unable to connect" followed by "this WoW account has been closed" you might need to have your passwords reset.

None of these accounts have been banned before. Please wait 10-15 minutes before trying to login as multiple failed attempts on an IP will give you the closed account message.
