GOT BANNED AND DON'T KNOW WHY HELP!!

two of my friends' game accounts were banned somehow and we couldn't fugure out the reason ,their characters name are manowlbear and Concealthis respectively,can GM help them out and tell the reasons for that ?

Both accounts were banned for advertising a gold selling website.

they played this game in a net bar and how could they adver in game?since they are still low in level .maybe there are some other reasons for this banning ,could you kindly prove that if you insist that they sold gold or advertised??just have no idea and soulds not like a reasonable reply.....

can u check their chat records ?and see if there were any words about advertising ?Or maybe some other guys advertized with the same IP?Looking forward to your reply thanks in advance.
