Profile bugged

Here, since the beginning of games (yes I know I could have done from the start) my profile is buggy as shown in this picture :http://img11.hostingpics.net/pics/462326bugwow.jpg
but from time to time (for exaple when i change Item) he comes back normal.
This bug appears some monsters and NPC.

Have you tried clearing your game cache?

In the location where you installed the World of Warcraft Classic folder, there are two folders labeled "WDB" and "WTF." Delete both of these folders and see if it helps any.
