Account is flagged?

I posted earlier about some issues we were having connecting with multiple computers / accounts on the same network. We have found a way around it, mostly, but have discovered a new issue.

My account, Faethia, appears to be flagged for some reason. No matter which password I try , the new one I changed it to or the old one that was working before, I get a "unable to connect" message. When I try again I get the "account has been closed" message. When this happens everyone else on our network cannot connect, even if they try with a brand new account. So it seems that no matter what password I use it doesn't let me connect and then flags our network IP and keeps everyone from logging in.

Any help would be appreciated.

The account Faethia has never been banned.

Your issues may be caused by a connection problem or incorrect password. If you enter your password incorrectly multiple times over a short period of time then you'll get locked out for around 15 minutes.

If you have forgotten your password then you may PM Viper and provide the following information:
account name,
characters names,
country where you play,
when did you play for the last time,
your email address registeration,
your actual IP address.

Hey Tyrael, thanks for the reply. I waited about 24 hours between trying to log in, just in case it was the issue with wrong password. I know my password is right and the message I got was saying my account is closed, even after waiting hours to try to log in again. I have even tried different IP addresses. The account almost seems glitched or something

If you are able to create a new account and log into it then I would recommend explaining all of this to Viper in a PM along with all of the following information:

account name,
characters names,
country where you play,
when did you play for the last time,
your email address registeration,
your actual IP address.
