Realm List?

I can access the game, but the realm list doesn't come up.

I've tried to download the realm list you see on the main page, but when I open it (in notepad) It only comes up with
set realmlist login.nostalrius.org
set patchlist login.nostalrius.org

I don't know where to go from here, anyone have a recommendation?

Did you follow the download tutorial provided on our website or do you use another client from a different Private Server ?
